Finches … SOLD OUT

Cordon blues, red face, tri colour > parrot finches, orange breast.

I find these birds also easy to breed providing they are supplied with efficient housing. Their aviaries like all birds must face south and mouse proofing is a must. Compatibility of species is also very important. I find a good combination is red face finches, cordon blues and orange breast. Another good combination orange breasts, ruddies and tri colours. I feed these birds a simple grain mix. Red panakin, yellow panakin, jap, canary and a small amount of whole oats, small amount of egg and buscuit, and the sprouting mix mentioned for parrots. Also november grass and meal worms appox. 2 per pair and 3 in breeding season.
